Paint colors, finishes, flooring type, appliances, and other cosmetic items may be changed or updated before a move-in. A complete walk-through before move-in will be done to ensure everything is okay.

**Pet policies may vary by property, but all units are smoke-free. Unless otherwise noted, ALL utilities are excluded. As a renter, you will be responsible for maintenance and pest control.
